You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes such as learning about our services and requesting a quote. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's information
• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or that you do not have rights to
• Attempt to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with the site
• Use the site to send spam or unsolicited advertising

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or guarantee service. Prices discussed online, by phone or by text are estimates until we inspect the job and confirm the scope and price in writing.

Final pricing may change if conditions differ from what was described or photographed, such as hidden rot, buried obstructions, restricted access, or changes you request. We will discuss any change with you before doing additional work.

• Work dates may shift due to weather, safety conditions, equipment issues or emergency storm response. We will contact you to reschedule.
• You confirm that you own the property or have the owner's authority to approve the work, including trees near property lines.
• You are responsible for identifying private underground items we cannot see, such as sprinkler lines, invisible pet fences, septic systems and private utilities. We call to locate public utilities before stump grinding as required.
• You are responsible for any city, county or HOA permits for tree removal unless we agree in writing to obtain them.
• Please keep children and pets away from the work area. For everyone's safety, our crew may pause work if anyone enters the work zone.

Specific job terms in a written estimate or agreement take priority over these general Terms.

We accept check, cash and Venmo. We do not accept credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs and any remedies available under Oregon law, including construction lien rights.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Emergency and storm callouts may be billed for time and travel once our crew is dispatched.

Our blog posts, guides, checklists and seasonal calendar are general information only, not professional advice for your specific property. Trees and storm damage can be dangerous. Never attempt work near power lines, and contact a qualified professional or your utility for hazardous situations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. We always prefer to resolve concerns directly, so please call us first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state courts located in Washington County, Oregon. Construction disputes may also be eligible for the Oregon Construction Contractors Board dispute resolution process.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
