Information you give us. When you fill out our quote form, call, text, or email us, you may provide:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The property address or general location where work is needed
• The service you are interested in, property type, and project details
• Photos of your trees, yard or property
• How you heard about us
• Your email address if you join our newsletter

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring site, and the date and time of your visit. This data is used for security, troubleshooting and understanding general site traffic.

Information from third parties. If you interact with us on Google, Facebook or similar platforms, we may receive information those platforms make available, such as your public review or profile name.

• To respond to quote requests, schedule estimates and perform services
• To communicate with you about your job, including reminders, follow ups and invoices
• To send our newsletter and seasonal tree care tips, if you opted in
• To improve our website, services and customer experience
• To protect our business, website and customers from fraud, spam and abuse
• To comply with legal, licensing, insurance and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share information:

• With service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and scheduling tools, under obligations to protect it
• With our insurance carrier, adjusters or your insurance company when you ask us to help document storm or property damage
• When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, crew or the public
• As part of a sale, merger or transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply

Photos you upload help us quote accurately. We use them only for your estimate and job records.

We sometimes photograph our completed work for our gallery and social media. We will not show your house number, street signs, vehicle plates or people without your permission, and we never publish your name or address. If you would like any photo of your property removed, contact us at skip.molen@gmail.com or (971) 427-3129 and we will take it down.

Our website may use small files stored in your browser (cookies or local storage) to keep the site working properly, such as remembering checklist items you ticked on our Service Day FAQ. If we add analytics tools in the future, they will be used to understand overall site usage, not to build advertising profiles. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.

Our site links to and embeds content from third parties such as Google Maps, Google Reviews, Facebook, Venmo and the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they collect or use your information.

We keep quote and job information for as long as needed to provide services, honor warranties, handle insurance claims, and meet tax and business record requirements, typically up to seven years. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Information we no longer need is deleted or securely disposed of.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as bank account or Social Security numbers through our forms.

Depending on where you live, including under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act where it applies, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and request a copy
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, appointment and job. We do not send marketing texts without your consent, and we never sell or share phone numbers for marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to help write, edit or illustrate website content and to help organize business communications. We do not use your personal information to train public AI models. See our Terms of Use for our full AI content disclosure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
